This is my entery for contest. this is Mystic Phantom. The short version of his story is:

When he recevied his powers he ran away to gain mastery of them. Picked up by an individual that specializes in the mystic arts Danny trained for a full year before his parents tracked him down. He now continues his training in Amity Park. His attacks are slower do to chanting and channling, but they are also more powerful. As he gets stronger his spells speed up.
